He did everything I asked in a timely manner. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because he arrived late, last time he forgot to clean the inside of the toilet and the floors were a little sticky for a couple days. But otherwise he does a great job!

He arrived on time and got right to work and explained his plan of what rooms he would focus on first, middle, last, etc. He came through as he explained and there were no surprises. Did a good job but was here only 2 1/2 hours from 1:00 PM to 3:26 PM. In the interest of expediency, I will not leave my usual tip so that the time adjustment can be used as a tip. Don’t like causing trouble, but just wanna be fair.
