Hottest day of the year but Kimberly showed up and got right to it. She swept, mopped, cleaned the windows, and wiped down surfaces in no time. She helped me take a few loads of trash down 3 flights of stairs too. Good personality - friendly and easy going!

Very thorough cleaning in the rooms she did but did not allocate the 4 hours adequately and ran out of time in the end to do the two most important rooms. Just need to set expectations with her on what rooms you want done in the time you have.

There were a couple of minor things that were missed but that's as much my fault as hers; she finished 15 minuets early. Had I just walked through the house the things that she missed would have been able to get done in that time. I'm very pleased with her as this was her first time with me.
