Kristen went so above and beyond and took time in each room and really listened to what I needed help with. I can’t say enough about how kind she was though. beyond the cleaning, I felt safe having her in my home and will definitely request her for every cleaning. I can’t recommend her enough.

sorry I should have warned you about the candle warmer on the nightstand. I saw some of the hot wax had spilled out and over the sides but I understand it would have been to hot to clean that off until it cooled.

he cleans well but the language barrier adds a level of miscommunication that’s hard to work through. I don’t make it home until 3:30 everyday so I’m not understanding why he comes at 2:30 even though the booking has his arrival time from 3:30 - 4:30

unfortunately the last 2 times i haven't recieved the 4 hours of cleaning ive paid for. Not sure if it's because I need to decrease the amount of time that's spent here, or if shes been in a hurry.
