i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.

My house was super clean! Furniture was vacuumed behind and some things that have been getting missed by other cleaners were taken care of. The only thing that would have made it better were if my clothes were folded and hung, but this was her first time cleaning my place so she may have run out of time. Highly recommend!

Very polite young man and completed all the requests. The only thing we didn’t know was he is not comfortable with big dog. So we have to put the dog away and that struggled a bit because I was worried about he freaking out. We would definitely use him again except we prefer not to deal with the dog issues again.
