Over all the cleaning job was good, but she missed a few spots that we went over. Also, she was 45 minutes late which this time was Not pressing because I did not have any thing scheduled. She did mention traffic was bad but you should give yourself extra time for travel. Overall, I would use Paola again.

He did a great job cleaning, although it did take him longer than prior cleaners. Also, he did miss some things (asked him to clean the kitchen and he did a great job with the counters and dishes but left the stove & sink dirty).
