Mario was amazing! I was so nervous having a cleaner with my apartment being so disorganized but Mario stepped right in and helped get it clean. The floor was literally shining afterwards. I was easily able to organize my stuff after everything was cleaned and felt so much better. I will be hiring them again!

there were certain things overlooked and not cleaned. I was also surprised when I was told that changing the beds was not included in dishes are extra. They did a decent job, however Seemed to work slow.

Not everything was cleaned, but overall he did a great job. Could have spent more time to make sure every surface in every room was dusted. Had requested a few things in my pre-appointment notes and it seemed like those weren't shared with him.

Mila did a great job. Despite our language barrier (my spanish is very rusty) she paid attention and cooperated with the many foibles of the project in our home. Mila is an excellent worker and noticeably a kind and good soul. I will aim to make Mila our regular choice.

Luciaini was so sweet and thorough! when my elevator wasnt working she carried all her stuff up 11 flights of stairs I truly can’t thank her enough! I had to leave for a few hours for errands and felt very safe leaving her home alone. cannot recommend her enough!

Gloria is good, but need to learn what product to use on what surfaces. I was there to help her but more training should have been done. She is a good person and I would have her again at my home but more guidance would be needed. She did decent work.

Good cleaning but showing up late takes away from the joy of it. Or always just communicate that u will be late or if ur not coming, its a good courtesy to let someone know this.

it was a good job but not sure why these cleaners are not able to bring their own vacuums, and at times others items like a mop so kitchen floor can be mopped which was not done.

My house was super clean! Furniture was vacuumed behind and some things that have been getting missed by other cleaners were taken care of. The only thing that would have made it better were if my clothes were folded and hung, but this was her first time cleaning my place so she may have run out of time. Highly recommend!
