Mariangela is very professional and also a super nice human being. They did a great job and I would happily have them clean my apartment again. The language barrier was easy to deal with. We used a phone app when we weren't certain what the other was saying. Do not let that stop you from using her services.

Amber was on time and quickly did what I asked her to do. She stayed on task and did a quality job. There were a couple of minor things that were missed but that's as much my fault as hers; she finished 15 minuets early. Had I just walked through the house the things that she missed would have been able to get done in that time. I'm very pleased with her as this was her first time with me.

Did a good job. I wasn't able to explain what I wanted to her to do in length. I wasn't feeling the best that day. I gave her a tip when she was done. The email said that she was here for 4 hours she got here at 1:15 and left at 4:15 3 hours.

Jackie did clean kitchen area thoroughly but she took the whole 3 hours to clean it up. I asked her initially how much time will it take she said 30 mins and then spent 3 hours, nothing else was done in the house.

Dilson did an amazing job! He really transformed my space for the better and had a fantastic attitude. Much appreciated!

Michelle was sweet and super accommodating. Not to mention she is such a bad ass cleaner. I made an error and sent her to our old apartment that needed cleaning anyway. She spent the entire time even though it wasn’t needed making sure that the place was in top shape for whenever we left.

While Paola does good work, her husband or male companion was also there so I had to pay more for two people which I didn’t expect.. they are plainly trying to get their own cleaning service business off the ground. They spoke no English so we tried to use the translate app.

Excellent worker who must still find a way to show up on time and notify his client when he’s running late. He does a fantastic job when onsite which is why he’s my preferred cleaner. He’s independent and does not waste time being too chatty or too personal

I love seeing chairs and small items like plants and laundry baskets moved around when I come back home because that means the cleaner actually took a second and moved things to get the whole floor clean rather than just work around stuff like most people do. I super appreciate it!! Will be putting Laineker on my preferred cleaner list :)

Ebonae worked SO hard and was so diligent when cleaning my apartment. She stayed the entire 5 hours and did not rush or cut any corners. She was a great communicator before, during, and once she was done. I highly recommend her.

Over all the cleaning job was good, but she missed a few spots that we went over. Also, she was 45 minutes late which this time was Not pressing because I did not have any thing scheduled. She did mention traffic was bad but you should give yourself extra time for travel. Overall, I would use Paola again.
