he cleans well but the language barrier adds a level of miscommunication that’s hard to work through. I don’t make it home until 3:30 everyday so I’m not understanding why he comes at 2:30 even though the booking has his arrival time from 3:30 - 4:30

Lilly was amazing. She was super friendly with my toddler who kept interrupting her. She communicated very well throughout. My house was a mess and she organized my bedrooms closets and kitchen. She finished everything I needed early and then folded all my laundry.

Rosalyn did cleaning that one one else has. she moved furniture, cleaned under couches, wiped down my cabinets literally everything.

Lisa was amazing as usual! She helped me to organize again after my place recently got flooded then repaired.

marzaria was so nice and did a wonderful job! she handled my little dog who is still getting used to people coming in and out would highly recommend her..

she did the best she could with the time she had. My house is big and is her first time so I understand if it took her longer than expected to finish some parts but she was nice and punctual. I would hire her again.

Brianna did pretty good, the only thing was when we arrived the floor was extremely wet. I had to remop in order to dry the floor. I will assume she didn't know how to use our mop correctly. Otherwise, she did good.

unfortunately the last 2 times i haven't recieved the 4 hours of cleaning ive paid for. Not sure if it's because I need to decrease the amount of time that's spent here, or if shes been in a hurry.

i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.
