This was the first time Jaqauayla cleaned for me. She did a Very good job. She attended to all the items I requested and did great with all the standard cleaning needed. Since this was our first experience with Jaqauayla, I will request her the next time we need help.

Always punctual and very thorough with her cleanings. I told her a couple areas I wanted her to focus on and she exceeded my expectations. She is very polite and professional.

Kyle is like a lil' brother, albeit tall and strong, coming over to help me out. Thoughtful and always goes above and beyond. Takes good care of my space as if it was his own. Has pride for his finished product. Determined, hardworking, and a joy to work with.

Madison is super sweet and a hard worker. My bathrooms really challenged her and she needs a bit more experience there, but I think she’ll take direction well and learn fast. She has a good attitude and is very accommodating. My house smells amazing and overall I am very pleased. I would absolutely have her back.

She cleaned really well. every single corner and the inch of specific space that we told her. the only thing that we struggled with her was communication because she wasn’t able to comunicate in English at all. other then that no issues.

We had to go back over a few things I found on the kitchen floor that had been left by the sweeper. Also, the kitchen sink still had dirt and residue I had to clean out. Neil, however, was a polite young man.

i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.

My house was super clean! Furniture was vacuumed behind and some things that have been getting missed by other cleaners were taken care of. The only thing that would have made it better were if my clothes were folded and hung, but this was her first time cleaning my place so she may have run out of time. Highly recommend!
