She arrived a bit later than expected and left around the scheduled time so there was about 20 minutes of unused cleaning time. Otherwise she's very nice and does a good job.

Janelle did an excellent job, baseboard and windowsills all emasculate. Friendly, yet professional and very task oriented.

She forgot to go in and clean my toilet area inside my master bathroom. Floor was still dirty. Did not dust my desk off. Did not move a chair or couch to clean under. Couch and chair are light and in the middle of the room. other wise she worked hard fir 6 hours,not the 6.5 I was promised.

She always comes on time and is very professional and respectful. The house shines after she comes and cleans it.

Xavier is reliable. He arrives at the agreed upon time and moves quickly to perform the job. He is also open to assisting with last minute requests.

there were certain things overlooked and not cleaned. I was also surprised when I was told that changing the beds was not included in dishes are extra. They did a decent job, however Seemed to work slow.

My house was super clean! Furniture was vacuumed behind and some things that have been getting missed by other cleaners were taken care of. The only thing that would have made it better were if my clothes were folded and hung, but this was her first time cleaning my place so she may have run out of time. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars, I would give them to Tonya. My house has truly never felt cleaner. Most folks clean around stuff, but she moves it and cleans under everything. My cabinets were wiped down and oiled. She even gave me some tips on how to take care of my drains. Love, love, love the way my home looks and feels.
