Robin is an excellent cleaner. My only concern was that she missed the downstairs bathroom, probably because the door was closed (as always) and she just didn’t see it before leaving.

Lilia's work is very good and detailed. The negative was that she re-scheduled 3 times. Also, I thought the cleaning took much longer than I expected - 5.5 hrs instead of 4 hrs. My townhouse is usually relatively clean and I'm the only one living here.

Okay, so can I say what a miracle she worked on my home and in how short a time?
