I understand Shyra was sick but I unfortunately noticed after the cleaner had gone that the garage and office garage was not cleaned. The laundry room was cleaned and the master bathroom tub was not scrubbed. Also noticed that the floor is mopped which is good but not swept.

Cleaning was good and I’m 100% satisfied with the service I received. Sofia’s cleaning products are very heavily scented and have left a strong lingering smell behind, and that does not agree with my allergies after a few hours. That being said, everything I asked to be completed was completed and my bathroom and kitchen (the only areas I asked to be cleaned) are SUPER clean.

Charmena and her crew are very helpful. The timeframe was shortened to accommodate the number of people that arrived. This was ok, but I would prefer to be notified ahead of time instead of being surprised. This was a great idea, since everyone has different strengths and weaknesses.
