Was very courteous and went right to work. From the beginning of the day she let me know she was running behind but would not affect the number of hours she was scheduled for.

House smelled clean. I removed my kitchen floor as the cleaning solution used left streaks. Why were rugs not put back in rooms? Otherwise from what I can tell, cleaning was acceptable. Give him the 1/2 hour as tip. Not sure, I would tip him because I wasn't home and my family didn't check. He did follow through with returning, so good character. Thanks for the service.
