As a busy work mom and dad, my hubby and I have very little time to get keep the house in the best shape at all times. We were looking for a trustworthy person, who could help us get our house back to being home and that’s exactly what we got. A true gem!!

Jennifer walked in to find a very messy place and didn’t bat an eye. She jumped right in immediately and with only 4 hours provided to tackle the big job she managed to get the entire place in shape. Did great work and wasn’t phased by all of the dog hair! Didn’t work the full 3 hours but did finish the tasks I initially gave her. Next time I would give more tasks to cover the full hours scheduled. Easy-going and kind personality. Gave tips for my floor care.

Refund please could not reschedule, he could not do it on his end because it would not allow five no activate. I know his profile is what he told me. I tried to get a different cleaner several times before my appointment and was unsuccessful. I also tried asking him to cancel it on his ear, and he told me he could not.
