She communicated well before arrival, she arrived within the time window, she had her own supplies except for mop and vacuum, which I preferred because those things hold insects and germs from other people's home. She worked diligently and completed within 6hrs. My home smells fresh and looks great. My home feels good.

Hi Shontae - thank you for coming this morning to clean the house. You did a great job, but did miss a few areas. There was dust all over the base on the TV in the kitchen, and the glass table in the kitchen - close to the bedroom door was also not cleaned. The TV stand in the living room also had some dust on it and the trash in the main bathroom wasn’t emptied either.

I had other cleaners but Ms. Dawn is a different beast. This is the cleanest my home has ever been. She definitely my go to now.
