Give him the 1/2 hour as tip. Not sure, I would tip him because I wasn't home and my family didn't check. He did follow through with returning, so good character. Thanks for the service.

Dee did a fine job — and was on-time at the crack of dawn on a Sunday, a time we agreed to after she had travel issues yesterday and asked to reschedule. The targeted work — main level hardwood floors, master bathroom floors and shower, and basement tile floors, and two sets of stairs — were cleaned in 3 hours, instead of the scheduled 4 hours.
