I think she did her best under circumstances that others might have used to cancel the appt. I tipped her in person with cash. I liked the steam mop that she used.

Shemayah did an excellent job again of cleaning my apartment today. I especially appreciated her initiative in cleaning areas which I had not originally expected to be cleaned, however she offered to clean these areas and did this well.

Kikelomo was very nice and did a thorough job. I really appreciated that he was receptive to feedback. The only reasons I think he does not deserve 5 stars is he accidentally broke our kitchen faucet, left some stains on our hard wood floor from his wet tools and cleaners, and turned on our HVAC system without asking first.

I understand Shyra was sick but I unfortunately noticed after the cleaner had gone that the garage and office garage was not cleaned. The laundry room was cleaned and the master bathroom tub was not scrubbed. Also noticed that the floor is mopped which is good but not swept.

German was professional! He was thorough and thoughtful in all that he did. My family and I are grateful for the wonderful job that he did at our house.

After a few pointers on how I’d like things done in my house, such as cleaning supplies I will supply or ways I’d like her to clean things, I left to run some errands and came back to see a beautifully cleaned home! A bit slow but he is good overall. However, I was disappointed that his car parked in my driveway had an oil spill, which stained my driveway by leaving a big patch of oil that won't come-off. He said he'd come back to help remove it, but let's see if that happens.

Cleaning was good and I’m 100% satisfied with the service I received. Sofia’s cleaning products are very heavily scented and have left a strong lingering smell behind, and that does not agree with my allergies after a few hours. That being said, everything I asked to be completed was completed and my bathroom and kitchen (the only areas I asked to be cleaned) are SUPER clean.

The cleaners were punctual and very professional. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they used a swifter on my floors, instead of a real mop. Swifters are for touch ups in between deep cleanings. Everything else was great.
