She cleaned OK, but she threw me off when she tried to not clean my shower at all and lied about cleaning it, but the walls and the floor were dry and said that she was running out of time but yet still she was cleaning my bedroom which was clearly not a part of my cleaning arrangement that I explained to her in the beginning the places she has to clean, but she did not follow those directions.

Thank you, the areas requested for the clean up were cleaned. There were some places that pictures were not sent for but she still cleaned those areas, but without the necessary tools they will need to be redone. Suggestion: make sure to emphasize so proper tools can be brought.
