She was good. There were things that could have been better, like the toilets and bath tub. Tub needed a good scrubbing. She was here for 3 hrs, not 4 so can you adjust the cost please.

Very sweet gal. Did a nice job, however I see some shelves in that bathroom that are still dusty. and Not all parts of the dining chairs were dusted. That's all I noticed at this point.

David did a good job overall. She was over an hour late but did text along the delay. David also doesn’t speak English and while we navigated thru the language gap it would have been easier if I spoke Spanish or she spoke English. She ended up bringing a helper and they finished in 2.5 hours.

Theresa and Sreve did a very good job and were easy to work with. Many of the kitchen appliances look new. It has been a while since the floors in the kitchen have been that clean. They will be getting a tjp and I will use them again.

I wish there had been cleaning products that had smelled nice. I would have her back it she could use some bleach and other sanitation cleaners.

This is the only cleaner that I want to ever clean my house the other cleaners that cleaned or way too slow and they took advantage of the hourly thing she doesn’t. I experienced different cleaners, even those from other cleaning companies, but only Charlene cleaned my toilet bowl the way I expected it - the nasty dirt under the rim was thoroughly cleaned! I didn’t give her instructions. She simply did her thing. Charlene is an honest worker and thorough cleaner.
