Kaily is "all business" and that's good because it's the only way to get things done. Kaily could bring pumace to a jobs because it's the only way to remove toilet bowl rings. She does excellent work.

She doesn't stand around chit-chating. When you have a conversation with her she keeps right on working but you can tell she'll paying attention to what you are saying.

What he did was good, but even though he was here for six hours and I was helping him by moving things out of his way and getting things put back not everything was able to get done.
