WE would like to keep your service but request that the same cleaning person come each time which brings continuity and makes it easier and more efficient instead of starting from scratch each time and never having time to finish. The approved time by me was 4 hours. The charge of 6 hours was excessive. I don’t know if this goes to Victoria or Home Aglow. I hope it goes to home aglow.

Originally she had difficulty finding the entrance to our community so she arrived a little late but worked continuously throughout the day and was able to almost accomplish almost all of the desired tasks and cleaning. We were pleased with Amy's politeness, courtesy and diligence and we booked her for another cleaning next month.
