Hello, my name is Joshua. I have been professionally cleaning for 10 years on and off. From auto detailing, residential, to industrial buildings. Also construction clean up for a few years. Please be mindful that clients will get a completed job based on the house size and the mess load and the amount of time you paid for. For 2 story homes or above 1200 Sqft I recommend nothing less than 4 hours or more if there’s a large mess. I usually start from upstairs to downstairs and from ceiling to floors. I may leave bathroom rugs outside of the bathroom once I’m done mopping if they are dirty. I’ll also ask twice in the beginning and end of the gig to be sure you told me everything you want done. Anything that I didn’t know needed to be done would be a result of poor communication. You’re paying for 1 cleaner. If I bring a partner please expect us to stay half of the allotted time because it’s not fair for us to do twice the amount of work for the same price. We only get paid for 1 cleaner.
