Katrina went above and beyond. I was so stressed that my house wasn’t picked up beforehand and I was grateful she took the initiative to organize all rooms. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dishes were in the dishwasher, trash taken out, beds made, etc. Katrina did a wonderful job.

She was good. I think as she gets to know me & the house she will improve. Little things that I will go over with her next time.

This was a gift for my mom due to health issues and knew there would be a need for a deeper cleaning given how long it has been since my mom has been able to and/or get the support. My mom had some hesitations due to past experiences but is absolutely thankful with how well George was able to work through the conditions. Absolutely would recommend him.

No option for 4.5 stars. Overall the cleaning was great. Did not stay for the full 3hrs and a room wasn't dusted and mirrors were a bit smudgy, but overall good. She was very respectful and again overall was very good. Would definitely have her back!

I have a duvet cover and instead of grabbing the insert from the other blanket and putting it inside of the cover, she put my whole mattress in the duvet cover. It caused a small rip in the duvet cover. Not a big deal but I think it needed to be mentioned. She could have just asked me how to use the cover since I was at the house the whole time.

Kitchen looks beautiful and I love how it's organized. I am just not naturally good at organizing my house so she thought of things that I wouldn't have which I really appreciate. Both bathrooms didn't get completely clean but may be due to time restraints. Would definitely love to have her back.
