George and his associate were a very nice duo. They were fast and courteous. The only constructive criticism I have is that the fragrance used was a bit overbearing. It reminded me kind of incense or something of the like. Other than that, I would recommend!

No option for 4.5 stars. Overall the cleaning was great. Did not stay for the full 3hrs and a room wasn't dusted and mirrors were a bit smudgy, but overall good. She was very respectful and again overall was very good. Would definitely have her back!

I have a duvet cover and instead of grabbing the insert from the other blanket and putting it inside of the cover, she put my whole mattress in the duvet cover. It caused a small rip in the duvet cover. Not a big deal but I think it needed to be mentioned. She could have just asked me how to use the cover since I was at the house the whole time.

Very nice, very good communication before arriving, has abundance of cleaning supplies that she uses of her own. Makes you feel comfortable and will complete any request you have, or fix anything you are not satisfied with before leaving your home.

Kitchen looks beautiful and I love how it's organized. I am just not naturally good at organizing my house so she thought of things that I wouldn't have which I really appreciate. Both bathrooms didn't get completely clean but may be due to time restraints. Would definitely love to have her back.

Shaugnessy listened to the areas I called out for the most part. A few specific areas were left seemingly untouched (main shower, fridge). I had some areas that were exceptionally dirty and she did a great job at cleaning those (toilets)!

Charles was on time, efficient, and personable. However he did not have any cleaning products and wasn’t able to complete the requested services in three hours. I would like to have him back if he could complete the tasks in 3 hours and have his own materials. Thank you.

She gets it done right. I’m pretty picky about my floors since I have dogs that shed (A LOT) and she makes them spotless. She makes everything spotless. She doesn’t leave shoe prints on your floor after she’s done mopping. Literally the best cleaner on here.
