This was my first cleaning. She did a good job on the bathrooms, but I expected her to get a lot more done in 3 hours. I also did not like the fact that she just left without saying anything. I was waiting for her to come back in so I could tip her.

As always, she did a wonderful job! I don’t have to worry about going behind her to make sure the job is done right. She has been a blessing!

Ione was nice, professional, and did a great job at cleaning all areas I had requested. She did a great job on the harder areas aka the bathrooms. She cleaned for the total time I had scheduled, 6 hours.

Carolina was great. Thourough and speedy. Very customer service oriented and went above and beyond. If I use a cleaning service again I definitely hope to get her the next time as well. I am very appreciative of her work and can’t express it enough!

David did an OK job but I am a little dissatisfied. I had him scheduled to work 2 hours due to 2 rooms being unavailable. I opened up those two rooms but only to vacuuming and bumped the work to 3 hours. My showers, windows, blinds, oven aren't clean - I requested one of those for the extra time. Also my counter, table, and microwave were not wiped own.

She did a very thorough job and didn't waste any time. She left the house sparkling and smelling wonderful!
