I feel Leah did a good job. I think 9 hours (that I chose) is too long for someone to be cleaning all day. She never complained, but I just think it's too much for one person. My house was a mess. She improved things a LOT!

She was supposed to be here for 3 hours, but left a half hour early and did not clean the bathroom as requested in the cleaning notes. Also, she her jacket here (my niece is keeping it to return to her).

Absolutely the best. Works indepenenttly, seemed to know what we needed. Kind and friendly lady. Went above and beyond to please us and the house is spotless and organized. Worked fast and effortlessly but I know this assignment was quite difficult. Would recommend Hannah to anyone.

We did a walk through after Amy finish but after she left I notice that there was no dusting done in none of the rooms except the den area. Also I notice the floor in the main bathroom was not swept or mop. Over all Amy was good. Just a few minor things that I didn’t catch while she was here. The swifter does not clean the floors.

This was my first cleaning. She did a good job on the bathrooms, but I expected her to get a lot more done in 3 hours. I also did not like the fact that she just left without saying anything. I was waiting for her to come back in so I could tip her.

Carolina was great. Thourough and speedy. Very customer service oriented and went above and beyond. If I use a cleaning service again I definitely hope to get her the next time as well. I am very appreciative of her work and can’t express it enough!

David did an OK job but I am a little dissatisfied. I had him scheduled to work 2 hours due to 2 rooms being unavailable. I opened up those two rooms but only to vacuuming and bumped the work to 3 hours. My showers, windows, blinds, oven aren't clean - I requested one of those for the extra time. Also my counter, table, and microwave were not wiped own.

She did a very thorough job and didn't waste any time. She left the house sparkling and smelling wonderful!
