He was scheduled for 12:30 but we have him on camera arriving at 1:05 He was very nice but extremely slow. He broke a potted plant. He also sent a text asking that I pay him directly for what he says was an extra hour and include a tip, never having mentioned this extra hour prior to leaving.

There were some things not cleaned or dusted properly. I had to go back and clean or dust again like bathroom counters, and top of things. She got rid of a stain that I couldn’t so I appreciate that. Thank you for your time and effort.

Tanijah was punctual, and did a pretty good job. i'm giving four stars, because, it was the First time to clean my house and it wasn't a 5. The time allotted was cut short, so I think if those 20 minutes would've been spent on the master bathroom, it could've been a really great experience.

If Calandra is anything, she is consistent! She arrived on time, worked contintiniously for 3 hours, and then gathered up her cleaning supplies in her tote, and left on time. Leaving the house clean and smelling nice and fresh.

Carolyn was super nice & very willing to do whatever I asked but missed elements I think should be part of cleaning - not only when asked i.e cleaning objects on the counters and dressers (vases, trays, statues, lamps, etc) not just the surfaces. I would use her again but want to give someone else a try first; to see how they do before determining a “regular” cleaner for my home.

Tipped cash. Travis put me right at ease, which is saying a LOT for me. He ingratiated himself to my dog faster than anyone I've seen, even helped me get out the door for work in time. I thought I might feel weird leaving him alone for his first time, but I felt perfectly safe and confident with him letting himself out with my hidden spare key.

She was also very careful with my kids stuff and made sure the home was clean and safe (for example, making sure the floor wasn’t wet before the kids were home).
