of the 4 hours, he spent 2 hours in kitchen . He did not have time to clean rest of house . Started working at 1:40 - was 30 + minutes late then wanted to leave at 5. I told him he needs to stay until at least 5:30 in order that I get 4 hours of cleaning . last 30 minutes I had to tell him what I really wanted done and he did it .He is a good cleaner but time gets away from him .

My grandson raved about the cleaning, which is amazing! he said the kitchen sink looks brand new! Great job!

we were not happy with how the dishwasher was loaded, but everything else was very well done and she was responsive to other requests. she didn't seem to understand not to do the dishes.

Darnisha hands down is the best house cleaner I have ever used in my life. She cleaned under my bed and cleaned both of my bedroom closets. I had no idea this was going to be included. the cleanup looks good but he didn’t actually stay for the whole time because he didn’t get to my home until 11:19am and still left at 1pm. I also caught a strange heated interaction between him and whomever was helping him clean that made me uncomfortable. I hate to

I gave 4 stars because I was in a bind for a move out clean and my scheduled cleaner canceled same day. I was not impressed with the service and felt it could have been much more thorough given an empty house. I also don't know why she used my cleaning stuff. Typically they have their own. I am glad she did her best but would not choose her again.
