Very kind, but did not vacuum our room and I really needed it as ours is broken. I did not hear the vacuum at all except on the stairs. Did not wipe down toilets or mop. The rooms she was in were picked up and only a few papers on the counter and table needed to be stacked to be clean, and she did a minimal wipe down. I don’t know what took four hours.

my bathroom floor in my bedroom still had dirt, hair and paper on it! the dining room floor was not cleaned well! in my living room, the area next to my couch was not swept well.

Courtney was very helpful and understanding, she cleaned baseboards the ceiling fans, she cleaned all the areas that I asked to be cleaned she even organized a few things for me

I knew she didn’t clean my showers but I ask them to be cleaned ahead of time so I didn’t ask her to do it again when the option was brought up to me.
