The attention to detail was fantastic! Everything is so clean and fresh. Little things I wasn't expecting, like my dog's kennels being tidied and set up nicely & decorative folds on the toilet paper, were sweet touches. I will definitely request these ladies in the future!

He worked hard and was polite. I didn't see where the corners of the floor were swept for cobwebs. The master bedroom carpet wasn't vacuumed as I would like. The marble counter needed more attention as well.

Cheyenne is amazing! She is personable, and a hard worker. Since this was our first clean, we didn't know what to expect. Now that we do, we will focus on different areas each month and expect to be dazzled every time! I highly recommend Cheyenne if you are looking for a regular cleaner.

she did amazing at cleaning for the most part. the bathroom floor was not very clean but everything else she did was amazing. There was an issue with getting her to my house though. She had to reschedule a few times, but finally made it the next day.

Very kind, but did not vacuum our room and I really needed it as ours is broken. I did not hear the vacuum at all except on the stairs. Did not wipe down toilets or mop. The rooms she was in were picked up and only a few papers on the counter and table needed to be stacked to be clean, and she did a minimal wipe down. I don’t know what took four hours.

I left during the entirety of my appointment. she was very sweet and asked if there was anything else she could do before she left. I knew she didn’t clean my showers but I ask them to be cleaned ahead of time so I didn’t ask her to do it again when the option was brought up to me. I noticed she didn’t vacuum my bathrooms. she was great with my dog & came with a quite a few supplies.
