hello time start and time ended was not 3 full hours. my master shower and tub area was not cleaned, toilet and tub in 2nd full bath was not cleaned. stairwell area was not cleaned at all. I do appreciate what was done.

I loved that I didn’t feel judged as I felt so vulnerable letting someone into our space. I have two big, nosey dogs that wanted to hang out with her the whole time. She was great with them as well.

I am incredibly pleased with the cleaning job she did. everything was left sparkling and smelling good. my old landlord even texted me and said how wonderful the house looked!

I paid for a 6 hr cleaning. I have a 3 bdrm 2 bath house. we told her not to do one bedroom but she didn’t do two of them. Overall it looks good, but I am also finding things not dusted, etc, where she did clean.

the two ladies who came did clean ok. but when Maria and her associate came to inspect they found many uncleand spots and they themselves cleaned it. after that it was acceptable. the cleaning ladies must be further trained. if the two ladies who came first are assigned each time with out further training I will be reluctant to call them back.

she super sweet and came on short notice, however missed a few things during the clean. the entire half bath downstairs wasn’t touched and the master bath sink, counters, shower and bath tub were still dirty. could have just been a timing issue but I would’ve preferred to be aware of it. still did a great job on everything else.

She did great. I highly recommend her. Arrived promptly. And did not cancel on me like the last two maids. She cleaned everything that I was asked to do in the 3 hour timeframe.
