I gave 4 stars because I was in a bind for a move out clean and my scheduled cleaner canceled same day. I was not impressed with the service and felt it could have been much more thorough given an empty house. I also don't know why she used my cleaning stuff. Typically they have their own. I am glad she did her best but would not choose her again.

Cameron is an excellent communicator, efficient and meticulous cleaner and friendly person! highly recommend for your cleaning needs. He goes to great lengths to make sure that we feel happy with the job and it always looks and smells amazing.

Overall we liked her attitude, quality of work. She did arrive late but we understand that things happen. Most cleaners keep their phones with them and are busy taking calls / distracted but Carine left her phone on a desk right at the entrance before she started the job. AWESOME! She did not waste a minute and utilized the entire time we had her for. We'd love to hire her again.
