Ibis is so good, and very accommodating with changes. We are communicating much better (she's Spanish only, I'm English only) since she helped me find a translator app on my phone. I'm pleased to keep her as my regular cleaner.

It was my first time with Tomica. She did great: she was punctual, polite and very. detailed. Definitely recommend to anybody and will have her back!

It was good but not as thorough as I would’ve liked. I asked about cleaning my baseboards and oven and they hadn’t checked the notes. I specifically asked for my sofa to be vacuumed and request was ignored. She was nice and the job wasn’t bad but I was left slightly disappointed.

This was our first cleaning service that we have ever had. Great communication, on time, and a truly amazing job. I was blown away on how our downstairs came out. we are super happy and will be booking Rebecca again.

Mercy was detailed and was able to get the soap scum off of my shower walls. It has been a pain spot for us and it’s so lovely to see through again! Having a clean home and a pleasant feel is worth every penny!

Rhonda did a good job cleaning my house and she was quite pleasurable. The only thing that I would ask of Rhonda is to speed it up as the cleaning wasn’t complete and she had to leave early (15 minutes). I would gladly have her back again but she should have her own cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, toilet brush and dusting brush). I do hope she will come back again. Thank you, Rhonda.

betsy was excellent. She arrived right on the dot of 10 AM which was the appointment time she immediately went to work was thorough incomplete in what I asked her to do. Our communication was a little bit of a challenge because her English and my Spanish are both limited, but we were able to do it and I would use her again. I would definitely recommend her

always appreciate the space after they visit. unfortunately less detail was paid than usual. had a mirror coffee table that wasn't cleaned very thoroughly compared to usual visit s. The trash wasn't taken out of the kitchen whatsoever. which is also not typical.

I had a depressive episode and let almost all my dishes get piled up, dirty. Beatriz was super sweet and didn't mind the weeks old mess.l and made quick work of it! I was embarrassed but she made me feel ok and made my kitchen like when I first moved in. It smells so good!

This was the first time that we booked with this company she came on time with all of her supplies was super sweet to my dog, and the house was immaculately clean in the amount of time that we gave her. We are very pleased with the work that she did and we are looking forward to booking future service, especially with her.
