Had Ms Lavette for the cleaning of my home when I came home I seen a few things that had been missed I reached out to her and she apologized and asked if she could do anything to make it right which was awesome of her to be able to rectify the situation I declined because I didn’t want her to have to come back out

Karla was very nice, her cleaning is very detailed. We didn’t know what to expect. This cleaning was a gift from a friend that’s uses Homeaglow regularly. Our friend told us to be very specific on what you want. So unfortunately we weren’t able to get all bathrooms, or the stairs cleaned in the 3 hours. But that’s okay because what she did complete was good, and it smelt really fresh & clean.

Hi and thank you for such a nice cleaning. I only have one thing to ask for the master bed sheet change. Please make sure the top sheet is pulled high enough to turn over on top of the blankets and make sure it’s all tucked in at the bottom of the bed.
