We are on target for spring cleaning. more help is needed and wanted. Ashley is my choice every time. thorough, knowledgeable and she cooks 😁

was a great respectfu, detailed person but did not fully finish the job. I did ask if it was too much and she had 4 hours. I didn't realize how much she was cleaning in the basement. I wish I knew sooner.

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

Kellie is phenomenal! It has been so great having a monthly reset, I can never believe how much she is able to accomplish in the short time she is here. We seriously feel like we found such a gem and we are so lucky to have her support!

Ashli was very nice and professional however I feel more could have been completed in the time allotted

Shaquala was on time and very friendly and did a great job and was willing to do extra. She also cleaned in under four hours and credited the hour back to my account. Great 😊!!

Shannon did a superb job when cleaning my apartment she completed everything on my list, and still found time to do my fridge and oven now my place is sparkling clean.

I requested bathrooms, floors and dusting and that was completed. The cleaner used for the floors left blotches and did not look good. The shower door was not cleaned well either. Hopefully another cleaning product can be used along with more attention to the shower door.

Diahann was good in some areas and not so good in other areas. She didn't move any of the knick knacks because she doesn't like to touch other peoples stuff. If you don't touch it how can you clean it? We had to remake the bed. What she did do was done well. With my age and physical problems she did way better than I can do.

Earl was super friendly and did a great job. He hit all the areas I wanted and listened to what I wanted and worked with me as a team to tackle my very messy apartment. I appreciated him and will work with him again

He was a lot more detailed than other services I have had in the past, moving furniture to clean and such. There was some miscommunication about the food on the counter--loaf of bread, bag of potatoes, and onions that apparently got thrown away.

Satisfactory, but a few details missed, such as taking out kitchen & bathroom trash, kitchen sink strainer with food items left in it/scrub kitchen sink.

She has a sparkling personality to go along with her sparkling cleaning job. I enjoy her company as much I enjoy her helping me keep my apartment clean.

Ebony did a great job cleaning surfaces, but twe had some issues finding items she'd put away since they didn't really make sense to us (ie toothpaste in a drawer separate from tooth brushes, pet food with baking supplies)

She was super nice and got a lot of work done. The kids really liked how she organized the room. She is really good at organizing. She could have done a little more when it comes to cleaning the window sills, windows, and other stuff like that, but overall I was super happy and would for sure have her clean here again.

Aniya was very personable but not the best house cleaner I have had. I would use her again but not regularly.
