i prefer one cleaner not two I would prefer to do two hours instead of three. My bill is running higher than I thought it would be if I continued this service. My cleaner is wonderful and very thorough. Please let me know any updates. I may receive with this.

Dayana was amazing! she communicated well and left the place sparkling. I had a dog and she was able to work around him. overall great experience.

I struggled to communicate what all I expected done due to a lack of English. As a result the clean took longer than expected and not everything was done.

Yaniel did an amazing job! He was thorough and paid close attention to detail. My apartment has not been this spotlessly clean in a long time. Yaniel was also very responsive and communicative. He checked in with me ahead of time about my preferences for cleaning products, and he showed up right on time. I will definitely use him again, and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Edilia has amazing attention to detail. She goes above and beyond to ensure every part of the house is spotless, and has noticed dirty parts of the house that past cleaners have missed (e.g. shower mold, dusty paintings). I’m really impressed with her work! She is also quite friendly and I enjoy practicing speaking Spanish with her.

Yuli always leaves my home feeling fresh and sparkling! She has helped me get a grip on my housekeeping. Each monthly cleaning leaves my home a little more organized! The little touches make me feel like I matter.

Overall, did what I asked! Found some streaks on the dinner table. She did ask lots of clarifying questions to figure out exactly what we wanted, which was great. The language barrier was a little bit difficult. A warm and happy person, but unfortunately, we were asked a few too many times for a review, which I did communicate we would do when the weekend was over.

She’s FABULOUS!!! I’m messy and disorganized and she even went above and beyond organizing things! 6/5 stars!!!!

I was between cleaners and no one had been to the house for a couple months. Dayana whipped things right back into shape and took even less time than I planned for! Will definitely be asking her to come back!

Nurlin did a wonderful job cleaning my home. She was very thorough and detailed, and everything looked great when she was done.

it was ok for a discounted clean. the kitchen trash can and rugs were mopped around and not moved, the glass on the front back doors were not cleaned, some surfaces in the primary bathroom were not cleaned.

she was incredible!!!! I was able to practice my Spanish with her and talk a bit in her mother tongue, so that was dope. Honestly people from Venezuela are so kind and just overall dope humans. I hope her family is ok amidst the earthquake situation happening.

Very nice and overall was a good cleaner! She was very quick, but missed some small things like not putting everything back where it came from (hand soap ended up in the shower). I would have rated her 5 stars, but I paid for extra time for the fridge to be cleaned and one of the door shelves was missed.

She did very well over all, but putting dirty dishes in with clean ones and over filling our dish washer is not acceptable.

Walk-in master bedroom closet carpet was not vacuumed. Mirrors in bathrooms and glass doors on microwave and oven were streaked. Otherwise, it was good.

Emili is really kind and did a great job cleaning. However, she did not do any of the add on cleaning items such as cleaning my oven or cleaning the baseboards. we had a bit of a language barrier and I believe that’s why this happened. Overall, super skilled cleaner just needs to review what has been requested on the portal more thoroughly.
