Samantha was AMAZING!!! She was kind, meticulous, and left the place spotless - even organized some things for me! Great communication as well. It was such a treat to come home from work to a clean place.

Kathleen was on time and easy to communicate with. We came home to a nice clean home. Will have her back again.

She had called to say she would be a little late, but it was only a minute or too late and I appreciate it her letting me know ahead of time.

Steven makes the effort to do the best job possible and he communicates well, understanding the priorities of the job and clarifying what is needed. He is pleasant to deal with and I’ll request his help again.

Heather did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my place. She was thorough, professional, and left everything spotless. Overall the cleaning was great but I paid extra to have my refrigerator cleaned and it was not cleaned at all. I cleaned it myself in the midst of the move which was very disappointing. Still Nicole did a great job with the work she didn.

Lacey did a great job cleaning. Communication regarding her transportation issues could have been better. Also I am very sensitive to cigarettes and smoking out front while the door is cracked was not the best idea given that it caused the whole house to smell.

Unfortunately, the experience this time didn’t quite meet my expectations as the last time. There were areas that seemed to have been missed, such as dust in the bathroom cabinets, the powder room was not cleaned at all, as well as on the stove had dust not cleaned. I also noticed some spots on the living room floors that weren’t properly cleaned. Hope next time will be a better experience.

I think she has a magic wand or something, because what she accomplished in terms of cleaning and organizing my kids rooms (and on her first visit with us) who have entirely too much stuff and very limited storage, was nothing short of a miracle. Not to mention the rest of the house, and she did it all very quickly. If you can book her, DO IT!!!

On the next day I could see that the upstairs windows weren’t completely clean, and some dirt on the floor. Diane started with rooms to prioritize at the start. She moved from room to room, highest priority first. After cleaning thoroughly, by herself, she would move to the next room on the priority list. She worked around me nicely, as I was clearing out small, leftover items from the previous owner. The job was quoted for 10 hours but only took about 6 hours.
