Antonio is great and always does whatever little extras I ask of him, like vacuuming the dog bean bag (it looked new!). He has a great energy and it doesn’t feel awkward to have him around! We really like him!!

The house smelled amazing and she has a knack for the finest detail. I did pay extra for an hour of window cleaning and she only cleaned the bottom half of my windows, so that was disappointing. I just wont ask for that service again. Otherwise she was fantastic and I want her every time!

She did amazing, focused on the things I asked her to focus on and i was very happy about that. My bathrooms and floors needed some work and she really took the time to take care of that for me.

Jose went above and beyond and did the best job we have seen yet from the service. Could not have been more pleased. He even cleaned areas we did not ask for him to focus on which was great.

Antonio was thorough overall and paid attention to my directions. He did miss a few things. He just pulled up the comforter and left pillows on the floor and the kitchen floor was sticky but clean. He was thorough with wiping things down and it looked great. A little tweeking and he would get a 5 star from me.

Jorge didn't come, but Juli and her colleague came and did a great job cleaning our home. They missed the guest bedroom completely but it rarely gets used so we can dust and vacuum it on our own.

Thanks Steven for cleaning my house but both showers were barely cleaned. I was kind disappointment when I came back home and see the showers almost the same as it was. that was my main area I scheduled for the service. the floor was not mopped, and my bed was not well made.

Jerri is wonderful and very friendly. She did a thorough job and asked us to double-check everything. We found only a few minor things. She will readily use any cleaners and tools if you have specific requests. She will not touch things that you ask her not to and does her best to put everything back in it's place.

Honestly, I was going to cancel this service before Ashley came today. It's been 2 months of one ridiculous situation after another and the house has never been clean: poor quality work, leaving early, not cleaning entire rooms, asking for cash to complete the job-just ridiculous. Ashley is great; I don't want anyone but her.
