was on time got everything done in the three hours I had her she is very thorough and I appreciate that I can leave her alone and know that everything is just fine. She’s never on her phone when she’s working. Alma is very likable. She understands what you’re asking her to do and always willing to do whatever it is.

Sharina was lovely. She provided a great experience and was very thorough and detailed with her work. I appreciated her tips and tricks from experience, with different cleaning products and things she recommended to do in between cleanings. We hope we are lucky enough in getting her every time for a cleaning service.

The cleaning was really good and the woman cleaning was really nice. The only reason this was not 5 stars was because they showed up 3.5 hours late and it was clear that this appointment had been forgotten. Communication about when they would show up was a struggle and they did not return messages. This highly impacted our day.

I have a stainless steel refrigerator that shows every fingerprint and is really difficult to remove them She made it shine which I loved. I gave four stars because she didn't bring her own products and used mine. It's not a big deal but it's been my experience that cleaners bring their own supplies.

Crystal worked very efficiently. She did exactly what was explained in terms of the cleaning job. My only concern was with master bathroom. There were water stains and residue on the shower walls and on the glass. I believe a better job could have been done. Otherwise, Crystal did a good job.
