She was so sweet right off the bat. She did a great job with my house. She just got in there and got it done. Also very sweet with my kids. We have a no shoe rule and she was very respectful with that.

Arrived early. Was very friendly. Quintina did an amazing job and completed extra tasks.. She also requested I do a walk around to insure everything was to my liking and there was nothing more to be done before finishing.

She did a very good job on the bathrooms but unfortunately, in 6 hours, only did 3 bathrooms, not much time for anything else. Also needs smoke breaks. Used my vacuum and steam cleaner and didn't clean/empty them after. Very pleasant though.

left dirty foot print in the kitchen area, didn’t clean both trash cans. Didn’t take the trash out the downstairs bathroom. overall did a great job with my upstairs bathroom and bedroom. I don’t think I should tell her to with down the stairs handrails. I think in 3.5 hours she could have wipe down and vacuum all the common areas.

I asked Samantha if she would do some normal cleaning. Like dusting furniture & moving the items. Instead of around the item asked if she would clean floor w mop fabulous instead of steamer. Cleaning granite wi prof cleaner instead of lysol (it is poisonous to birds) was requested it took her 1.5 hours more to clean. I was disappointed. Shouldn't tale longer than 4 hours.
