She was over an hour late but is a fast cleaner. Not top quality shelves were missed. I felt guilty asking for her to include what was listed. She cleaned only 2.5 hours & seemed to want to leave.

She great. it’s nice having the same person come to clean your house so they get used to the routine and what needs to be done instead of constantly instead of having to show people what to do every single time. Alex does a great job and is very pleasant each and every time.

Marci is great. I definitely know she has been here. Although, she has missed a few spots, because I have a nice size home. She is working to get it cleaned from top to bottom. So I will see her in 2 weeks.

Cleaning was okay. Four hours were booked for a two-hour space, but it wasn't spotless when the four hours was up. Unsure if notes given ahead of time were looked at.
