Paula is very good at her job. My problem is that she was late both times she has cleaned our home. That is just unacceptable. I'd love her to clean again IF she can be on time.

Both came to my house and detail my kitchen, look very clean! Would love her to come back and clean some more in my house

My house really needed some deep cleaning. Jairo did a great job and was very diligent and hard working. I should have had a cleaner sooner with my back problems. My house looks great....and clean.

Amanda did her thing! I enjoyed her in my home nice respectful an got the work done in a timely manner , it was spic a span! I recommend her to my friends.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

We love Angela!!!! There is literally not a thing in the house she doesn’t organize/wipe down or move to clean! Without ever having to specify all needing to be done, she gets it handled! She is great about communicating if something comes up & always does a thorough job! Thank you for your hard work!!!! P

It was two different people. They did use the product I asked to used. Did not clean my tv. Also they did not speak english which made it difficult to give instructions. 1.5 hrs spent

I was upset with the cost of this service but I allowed Hearher to return. I just want to say my place Sparkled. The beds were neat and I couldn’t wait to get into it. The house has a fragrance that makes you want to bring everyone home. Unfortunately for my grandchildren I won’t let them come over the weekend after she has beautified the house just so I can savor it.

But, overall, I am pleased with their demeanour and they both were communicating with each other telling each other what's been done and what's left to be done. That was awesome!
