Micaela did a great job getting out the stubborn tub stains and very methodically cleaned around my clutter. I'm taking off a star because she steamed my wood floors. I asked if that would damage the floors, and she insisted it wouldn't, but the finish is definitely duller.

Diana did an extraordinary job in cleaning and transforming our master room and kids room into beautiful spaces. She is very polite and friendly with kids around, very professional in getting work done within the estimated time.

Bryanna did ok. I had trouble communicating with her but she is really nice. I would love to like her work but she left the floor of the bathroom wet and the cleaning is not very thorough. I had other cleaners do my bathroom and they usually wipe all surfaces and leaves the floor and surfaces dry.

Kelly was totally amazing. I booked her services for 4 hours and she was very professional, efficient, and above and beyond at completing the work. She completed more work than what I had planned for her. She did house cleaning, windows cleaning and lundry folding. I will definitely want to have Kelly's services over and over again.

Finally I found someone who can communicate well and do a thorough cleaning. Very organized and fast, did fantastic job.

It would have been better if she had asked about the obvious taffy stuck to the carpet I thought she would clean, I have a steam cleaner she could use if needed but she didn't ask about it and didn't tell me when she was done so left without me inspecting the room where I would have pointed it out.

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.

She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom very well. She washed all of the floors. When vacuuming, she didn’t get the edges of the room. She was going to stop cleaning after 2 hours but she didn’t dust at all. I stopped her and had her dust the house. Otherwise, she did a good job.
