I gave Claudia 4/5 stars because she did her best to clean the mess left behind by another H.A.G. cleaner that came before them. however, HAG only provided 3 hours instead of my 6 to provide time to clean a big home. They never finished the job.

oh my gosh he was like super nice super play super friendly He couldn't really do everything I wanted done like scrubbing the shower and everything but that wasn't really his fault it's because like the apartments had an emergency water shut off but he was very nice and polite effective efficient and fast

Leslie did great. However she lives too far and the drive that she has to do is too much of a burden for her, both time wise and financial. So we thanked her but we need a person living closer. We tipped her directly, she certainly needs it.
