Edwina did an amazing job, and she was super attentive to our notes about nontoxic cleaning, arrived on time, was friendly and easy to communicate with. would highly recommend her and wished she could come every week.

Great as usual, just 2 hrs late and I’m glad the did their usual great job, but I had to reschedule my work to the next day. I’m still happy to keep working with them.

Yesenia was very professional and got to it as soon as we were able to establish the areas to clean. we ran out of time so there are a couple things that she wasn’t able to get to. Overall, we are satisfied with her work. This was our first Homeaglow experience and it was a good one.

She is super friendly, was pretty quick with responding once we connected. Cleaning by yourself i would think is pretty hard but she did a good job.

Neibis was significantly better than my first cleaning service. she was considerate, arrived on time, and overall did a good job cleaning. I still had things to point out to her like heavy dust on a ledge in my bathroom, but her attention elsewhere was pretty good. I’d receive her again as a cleaner.

didn’t seem to do the floors much at all? dirt and hair still on floor and rug looks untouched. but the rest of the apt looks great

the kitchen sink wasn't clean thoroughly and I had to do it. But all else was ok. But he wasn't able to get all the grease off the cabinets, which was why an extra hour was added, but most of the cabinets were cleaned. He did a good job dusting off all the surfaces. The bathroom was cleaned excellently .

VERY fast. 2b/2ba ~1500 sq ft loft space she completed in 3 hrs. However the quality definitely showed as a quick job, not much attention to detail.

I appreciate that my kitchen and bathroom was cleaned in two hours. but I am disappointed that I needed to remop the floors, vacuum the living room and dining room rugs, and clean the living room. I understand maybe two hours want enough time. I just would have preferred the rooms to be vacuumed. and the floors to look more clean.

Darrian was friendly and overall did a good job. She was a bit late and wrapped early, which would have been okay except our primary bathroom was a bit sloppy. The shower and tub did not appear to have been cleaned at all. She also used all of our paper towels without asking and did not replace them.

Roxana is very nice, quick and efficient. She paid attention and asked for what was needed. However, she did leave earlier than alloted time and also rushed through the floor cleaning. I will give her another shot because of her pleasant personality and for her efficient cleaning.
