For the most part does a really good job but doesn’t pay attention to details. Wiping the tray on the ottoman, vacuuming the cat tree cleaning microwave. But overall is consistent enough and better than others

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, and she was also just really friendly and easy to communicate with.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

We love Angela!!!! There is literally not a thing in the house she doesn’t organize/wipe down or move to clean! Without ever having to specify all needing to be done, she gets it handled! I was upset with the cost of this service but I allowed Hearher to return. I just want to say my place Sparkled. The beds were neat and I couldn’t wait to get into it. The house has a fragrance that makes you want to bring everyone home. Unfortunately for my grandchildren I won’t let them come over the weekend after she has beautified the house just so I can savor it.

She was quick and did a good job. My only suggestion would be to take note of the cleaning notes and entry notes. I leave specific instructions because I am often in meeting calls and it’s frustrating to answer questions about things I have specifically called out in the notes.
