Unfortunately she too longer than it should to clean. Parts of the kitchen cleaning was missed. Didn't finish cleaning the sink, frig doors weren't wiped down properly, microwave oven wasn't properly cleaned on the inside. Stove top had to be wiped down in spots. Other cleaners got the work done in 5 hours or less.

Very nice and on time to start. Took a very long time to do only half the house, and wasn’t able to finish the job, because her allotted time was up before she could complete everything. Very nice person, but can’t really review her cleaning.

Charles was a really nice guy, and he carefully cleaned my townhome. It took a little longer than we all expected, but the results were very nice! I had a problem with the cleaning service payment end. I was charged 3 different charges on top of the payment I had already made. Charles did a great job. Not happy with the weird extra charges.

Whitney was organized and has a system when cleaning. A few things were shifted around, but easy to put back in place. The refrigerator door seemed like the ice maker flap went missing. She also left slightly earlier than the scheduled time, but everything looked like it was touched on. Overall she did a very good job.
