I asked Samantha if she would do some normal cleaning. Like dusting furniture & moving the items. Instead of around the item asked if she would clean floor w mop fabulous instead of steamer. Cleaning granite wi prof cleaner instead of lysol (it is poisonous to birds) was requested it took her 1.5 hours more to clean. I was disappointed. Shouldn't tale longer than 4 hours.

They walked me through to the process, and they took care of all the areas I wanted cleaned. It was good except she forgot to clean the outside of all the kitchen appliances and scrub the rings around the sink drains. And she stayed an extra 30 minutes without my approval.
