Elena was great. She showed even when she had a personal thing that would’ve prevented anyone else from doing so. While the house wasn’t cleaned perfectly, it was understandable under the circumstances she was dealing with at the time and the fact this was the first cleaning and I had missed completely the profile of the house beforehand. the kitchen sink wasn't clean thoroughly and I had to do it. But all else was ok. But he wasn't able to get all the grease off the cabinets, which was why an extra hour was added, but most of the cabinets were cleaned. He did a good job dusting off all the surfaces. The bathroom was cleaned excellently .

Mario was really nice & even did work that I didn’t ask for, such as additional mopping. He worked very hard to complete the job within the 4 hours and he stayed over.

The cleaning was really good and the woman cleaning was really nice. The only reason this was not 5 stars was because they showed up 3.5 hours late and it was clear that this appointment had been forgotten. Communication about when they would show up was a struggle and they did not return messages. This highly impacted our day.
