the kitchen sink wasn't clean thoroughly and I had to do it. But all else was ok. But he wasn't able to get all the grease off the cabinets, which was why an extra hour was added, but most of the cabinets were cleaned. He did a good job dusting off all the surfaces. The bathroom was cleaned excellently .

The only reason this was not 5 stars was because they showed up 3.5 hours late and it was clear that this appointment had been forgotten.
