the kitchen sink wasn't clean thoroughly and I had to do it. But all else was ok. But he wasn't able to get all the grease off the cabinets, which was why an extra hour was added, but most of the cabinets were cleaned. He did a good job dusting off all the surfaces. The bathroom was cleaned excellently .

Elizabeth was super friendly and explained everything. she answered all my questions and encouraged me to specify any cleaning needs to have a better experience.

Mario was really nice & even did work that I didn’t ask for, such as additional mopping. He worked very hard to complete the job within the 4 hours and he stayed over.

Lorena and her cleaning partner worked hard and scrubbed my home with a great attitude and laughter. I will hire them again in the future!

The cleaning was really good and the woman cleaning was really nice. The only reason this was not 5 stars was because they showed up 3.5 hours late and it was clear that this appointment had been forgotten. Communication about when they would show up was a struggle and they did not return messages. This highly impacted our day.

Confusion about start time and came before 10am, our agreed change to the start time. Was here about one and a half hours at the most. Because she’s efficient and knew my cleaning needs, she was done earlier than expected! I like her a lot and would want her back.

They did a great job! The only problem is they forgot to clean the bathroom in the master bedroom, but it’s my fault, I should have done a walkthrough of the house when they arrive. After cleaning the downstairs bathroom, Maria asked me if there was another bathroom, and I said no because I figured they were done with the ones upstairs. Again, it’s my mistake.
